This heat transfer vinyl has a felt, fuzzy feel that is raised from the fabric once pressed.
Owner's tip: I used Flock Iron-On setting in default pressure on my Cricut machine. Pressed for 15 secs in 160c and peel cool - it is important to wait for it to cool down before peeling.
