RETURNS & REPLACEMENT
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. In the event that your items have arrived damaged, faulty or we have sent the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as you received your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped out via Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post). If your parcel exceeds 5kgs, we will send you an amended invoice for further shipping cost. Amended invoices should be paid within 48 hours, reach out to us if you’re unsure about shipping costs and regarding an order and we can help you out.

*E6000 and Helmar Adhesives and sprays can only be posted via Parcel Post and cannot be posted EXPRESS (freight). Please do not choose express as we will not be able to post your glue using this method. *

PICK UP
Love Safiya Craft Supplies is located in Blacktown in Western Sydney. Local Pick up is most welcome. Please contact us as soon as you have placed your order to advise us of a day you’d like to collect your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via Australia Post. Your package will come with a tracking number and we will only ship this way to avoid lost parcels and for clarity as well. If you have any questions regarding shipping information, please send us an email and we will reply as soon as we can.

PROCCESSING TIMES
Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise. In busier times, there might be a slight delay. In these cases we will make an announcement on our Facebook page to make everyone aware. If need your items sooner, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
